Q) Who runs Tobias' Movie Lounge?

A) Tobias Kleväng does. He's a 28 year young man from the city of Tranås,
Sweden, with a huge passion for film. When he's not working as a carer for
physically challenged people he tries to make it big with his band "Terence"
or just sits at home working on his page or watching tons of movies.

Q) Does he have a family?

A) He just bought a new A/V amp for $900, take a wild guess.

> Q) Why did he start "Tobias' Movie Lounge"?

A) While sitting online in 1997 discussing movies with other surfers
he decided it would be nice to start a filmsite where he could give voice
on his own thoughts on movies and also put up a trivia quiz for his friends
to take and to send in their favourte movie quotes.
A couple of years down the road there's been over 45 rounds of quizzes and
nearly 15,000 visitors and he's been invited to radioshows to talk about film.

Q) Will there be any other subjects other than film being put up on the site?

A) With a name like "Tobias' Movie Lounge", what do YOU think?

Q) So why is there a page about Arse*al Football Club on his site then?

A) Because he's a big Spurs supporter and finds that text highly amusing and accurate.

Q) What kind of films does Tobias like?

A) He's an "all-eater", but has a special liking for Woody Allen films.
He's also an admirer of Martin Scorsese, John Huston, Stanley Kubrick and John Dahl.
But once in a while he watches films like Die Hard and other Hollywood productions.

Q) Why no banners or pop up windows?

A) This is thanks to his Internet Service Provider Calypso who has no banners on
their members' pages, and even if there has been offers to put up commercial banners
from companies he's declined them all with a polite "Piss off!".

Q) Why does it say that the triviaquiz will be updated every 2nd week and
sometimes it takes months before it's updated?

A) Well, the first 6 or so months he actually updated it every week.
But due to lack of time and inspiration he gradually slacked off on that.
But he'll eventually update every trivia round.

Q) Can you send in your own triviarounds with your own questions?

A) Yes, in fact this is very much encouraged by Tobias. Just email him your
questions in the proper format which can be seen on the triviapage.

Q) Can you send in your reviews as well?

A) Yes, even if this hasn't been that popular during the years this is also encouraged.
And while we're at it, if you have any filmessays or want to share your opinions on movies
that's also fine.

Q) I've noticed there's a quote section. What's the deal with that?

A) Tobias often resides in Yahoo Chat's Movie Quote room where filmlovers from all
over the world gathers to play the Movie Quote game. He decided to put up
a quote section where people could send in their favourite Movie quotes and a
lot of people has sent in theirs.

Q) Who made the graphics?

A) Even if there's been a couple of different laylouts over the years it's Tobias'
himself who's made most of the layout.

Q) Why aren't there any fancy images on the site?

A) Simply because Tobias does not have the knowledge on how to create them.

Q) Will Tobias answer my email if I send one to him?

A) Yes he will, but it might take time since he receives so much fanmail everyday from
admirers all over the world. But eventually he'll reply to you.

Q) Why isn't there one of those fancy Message boards on his site?

A) There actually was one on his site for some time, but since not that many people
posted on it he decided it was a waste of space and got rid of it (In truth it was
his pride that took a knock that noone posted on it). However there are
plans on putting one up again.

Q) Are there any other sections that are being planned?

A) Yes, he's working on a section where he'll arrange "boxingbouts" between movies
that were released close to each other and who's plot is similar.
For instance, "Saving private Ryan" vs "The thin red line".
He's also working on a page dedicated to his favourite filmmakers and another
will be about Home Cinema.

Q) Will the Oscarprediction game return next year?

A) This is a game that another Movie Quoter (Sily) put together 3-4 years ago and
if she decides to run it on her site next year there is where it'll be held,
otherwise he'd be happy to host it again.

Q) Can you order movies from this site?

A) NO!
